A tessera is a block of stone, tile, glass, or other material used in the construction of a mosaic. Each tessera is unique. When brought together, they form a beautiful whole — much like the residents of our community.

Correspondence to the BOD:  
Please direct all correspondence to [email protected] or [email protected]. This will go to all current Board Directors. 

Email blasts from the BOD come from [email protected], and other communications from [email protected] so make sure these are on your safe senders lists! So they are not going to a junk folder or some other filter, and tell your friends and neighbors. If others you know do not receive these, please have them contact the BOD to resolve.

For after hours urgent issues or property problems (leaking water, sewer issues, etc.), please contact our hotline: (505) 230-6400.  For all emergencies, threats to life, limb or property, call 911!
